How do I book airport parking?
Reserve online by choosing your airport, drop-off date, and pick-up date, then complete checkout. You can also call (408) 352-5953 or email support@amairportparking.com for help.
Where are your lots?
Oakland (OAK): 10001 Doolittle Dr, Oakland, CA 94603. San Jose (SJC): 651 Martin Ave, Santa Clara, CA 95050. Both lots offer complimentary airport shuttle service.
What happens if I return later than my booking?
If you return after the scheduled pick-up time, additional charges may apply for the extra time your vehicle remains in the lot.
How long can I park?
You can book short-term or long-term parking. Choose the dates that match your trip when you reserve.
Is my vehicle safe?
Lots are fenced or gated, lighted, and monitored. Keep valuables out of sight and take them with you. We recommend locking your vehicle.
How do I change or cancel a reservation?
Log in to your account, use the cancellation form under Help, or contact us at support@amairportparking.com or (408) 352-5953.
