This Privacy Policy describes how AM Airport Parking (“AM Airport Parking,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit www.amairportparking.com, make a parking reservation, or contact us. This policy applies to our airport parking services. It does not apply to third-party booking partners, payment processors, or other websites that we do not operate.

AM Airport Parking operates off-airport parking lots serving Oakland International Airport (OAK) and San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC).

We collect information you provide when you create an account, book parking, request a cancellation, subscribe to our newsletter, or submit the contact form. This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing details, reservation dates, vehicle information (such as make, model, or license plate), and the contents of messages or attachments you send us.

How we use information

Independent parking-reservation platforms (for example Way or ParkWhiz) have their own privacy policies when you book through them.

We keep reservation and account records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No website or email transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccurate information, by emailing support@amairportparking.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Children
Our services are for adults arranging airport parking. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
